Puppy groom

A 30 min stay, with the aim of helping get them ready for their first groom. They will be introduced to the tools we use, and be able to watch other dogs be groomed, with lots of treats and cuddles included. A little trim of the face, feet, sanitary area, and/or nails, however, this all depends on if your puppy is comfortable with this.

Face Trim

Trimming around the eyes and/or beard.

Bath and blow-dry

Bath and blow dry with a brush out.

Mini-Groom

Bath and blow dry with a brush out. Trimming for the face, feet, sanitary area, and nails.

Bath and blow dry, de-shed brush out, nails, clean pads, and body trim.

Please note: de-matting and/or difficult behaviour, may incur an additional surcharge which the groomer will discuss with you on pickup.

Discounts apply for Disability Assist Dogs from registered organizations listed under Schedule 5 of the Dog Control Act 1996

Clients must collect their dog within 30 mins of being contacted by the Grooming team. Regular daycare charges, of $32 for a half day, apply when dogs are not collected in this time frame.

Cancellations, No Shows, and arriving over 30mins late.

Cancellations:

A cancellation made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in a fee of 25% of the appointment price being charged.
A cancellation made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a fee of 50% of the appointment price being charged.

Lateness:
For those who arrive 30 minutes late or more, the same-day cancellation fee will apply if there is no longer a way of fitting them into the schedule.

No Shows:
If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment (meaning no contact or contact after the appointment has already started) you will still be charged 100% of the grooming price. This is because you have taken a space that could have otherwise been filled by another client.

If a client fails to cancel or show up 2 times in a row within a 12-month period, we will require the client to pay the full cost of any future bookings upfront. This charge is non-refundable if they do not follow our cancellation policy guidelines.
