Welcome to The Barking Lot

The Barking Lot offers daycare and dog grooming services in a space designed for your much-loved canine companion. Established in 2013 and located on Victoria Street, we strive to make your lives that little bit easier and keep your dog happy in a friendly and stimulating environment while you're out and about in the Wellington CBD. Best of all, there is always lots of parking next door!

Daycare for dogs

With 450 square meters of dog-friendly fun, your dog will be assigned to an area for the day based on their temperament where, under supervision by a member of our team,  they will have the opportunity to play, sleep and burn off some energy. We offer FULL and HALF-DAY daycare.

Grooming

We provide a full range of dog grooming services, for dogs of all breeds and sizes. A bath, a blow-dry, de-shedding for puppies and grown dogs are all in a day's work. Have a look at our list of services and prices here.
